Mr. Cullen has 20 years of legal experience in a broad range of civil litigation, most of which has been focused in complex, class action litigation, large group and/or mass actions, individual employment and personal injury cases, as well as business to business disputes. He is licensed in California, Oregon, and Washington. Mr. Cullen handles all aspects of case management, from initial intake all the way through trial, and he has also successfully prosecuted numerous appeals, some of them resulting in noteworthy case law. He has obtained several multimillion dollar judgments and settlements, resulting in multiple published opinions that have helped shape California employment law and class action litigation.
